Sixteen Indonesian students, during a study trip to Singapore, were infected by novel H1N1 flu virus. Two other students are still suspected, and tests are still ongoing.
The confirmed sixteen students are being treated in KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, meanwhile the two suspects are treated in Changi Hospital.
Patients are reported in good condition and recovering.

No. There’s drug use history which triggering the resistance.
If it happens without any drug use, then it means natural mutation

Yes if the resistant virus is spreading. But we still have alternative drugs.
